Parenting classes offered at Saint Lukes hospital
I'll go with the parenting class but change the location to PCC (Mommy and Me).
It's not a parenting class. It's a nurse visit and it's part of some public policy sort of program, and it's in a school in the northern part of Pasadena.
I'll guess that it's a parenting class at the Red Cross. I took one there before my daughter was born. Lucky for her, or I wouldn't have known how to feed, bathe or clothe her!!!
I think it's the Pasadena Public Health Dept. -well baby exams and inoculation clinic."Founded in 1892, the city of Pasadena Public Health Department's ("PPHD") mission is to ensure and promote a healthy community with healthy people and to work with others to assure opportunities for optimal health for present and future generations. PPHD promotes the meaning of "health" as broadly defined to mean both the absence of disease and the presence of well-being--physical, social, economic, mental and spiritual. PPHD provides legally-mandated services, enforces the state Health and Safety Code, and administers other policies, statutes, regulations and programs that promote quality of life, community health, and well-being."source: http://www.thewaverlyschool.org/radio626/PasHealthDept.html
I'm basing my guess on what my RN grandmother used to do...at the Red Cross...parenting or babysitting classes/innoculations at/thru the RC. I know she did them at the Madeline Dr location, but also in N Pasadena and Altadena.
