I have pondered and pondered and can't figure this one out. By the look of the vehicles it's too recent to be Mount Wilson or Devil's Gate. I'm trying to figure out the geography but it's not familiar to me. Good one, Ann.
Above Eaton Canyon, up the Mt Wilson toll road, Pasadena forces are practicing search and rescue techniques. Perhaps they're on the mesa above Henninger?
